Hello Again accepts trendy, current-style, in-season women's clothing. All items must be clean and in great condition, sizes XS-XL (0-16).
All consignments are done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call to book a time, 519-749-8167.
Appointments are booked month by month; once a month is filled, booking stops. The new round of booking begins on the last Tuesday of the month. The website is updated regularly to indicate if appointments are full and when the next booking day will be.
Due to high demand for appointments, appointments are for a MAXIMUM of 15 items.

All consignments are done on a DROP OFF basis; on your appointment day you must leave your items so that they can be inspected and inventoried by Hello Again the following day.
Any items that are not accepted/hangers/bags must be picked up within 7 days or they will be donated without further notice.

When your items are processed, they will be inventoried and Hello Again will set up your online account. You’ll be assigned a confidential number to protect your identity. You’ll also be given login information for online access so that you can view and monitor your account (including your balance) at your own convenience.
Items that are accepted for sale will be priced according to brand, condition and salability. Your items will be for sale for 45 days at full price, then marked down by 25% for 15 days if they have not sold. If you do not want your items marked down, you may pick them up before the 45 day mark. When your items sell, you will receive 40% of the selling price. Items that do not sell within 60 days must be picked up. Any items not picked up become property of Hello Again for disposal.
Sold items are paid out directly through debit, cash or etransfer, depending on amount owed, and not more frequently than every 30 days.

October-January: Winter Items
Sweaters (especially wool and cashmere), turtlenecks, jeans/dark pants, winter-weight dresses and skirts, winter coats, winter boots ***PLEASE NOTE: Hello Again is not accepting any more winter coats for January 2023***
February-March: Spring Items
Light sweaters and cardigans, jeans, long sleeve, 3/4 sleeve and short sleeve tops and blouses, light/bright spring dresses and skirts, light jackets, fashion ankle boots (February only, no boots other than rainboots in March), ballet flats and other closed shoes
April-July: Summer Items
Sundresses, maxi dresses, capris, shorts, jeans, tank tops, tees, sandals (no jackets unless light linen, denim or raincoats)
August-September: Fall Items
Jeans, dark pants, long sleeve tops and blouses, heavier/darker dresses and skirts, midweight/dark coats and jackets, fashion boots
